Our Papa’s towel program provides a pre-treated 16x24 microfiber embroidered towel to customers who purchase either of our top two washes. We also offer a fundraiser program. Ten percent of monthly pass fees are returned to the local community and schools in this program. We average $8,000 per quarter in payouts.

We currently have over 4,200 unlimited monthly pass holders — equating to 70% of our washes. Social media is huge for us. We focus on customer service and cleanliness of our facility as differentiators against our competition. A clean, dry vehicle is automatic; great customer service is a plus!
