2020 has been a time for innovation. At Western Carwash Association, we pride ourselves on the education opportunities and roadshows that we offer the carwash community. With COVID-19, we knew that we were going to switch gears. This year, WCA decided to take our summit and roadshow online for all members and non-members!
With over 100 attendees, we showcased four different car washes from around the country. Each tour consisted of how they were managing their locations along with what kind of technology they were utilizing. Our education sessions offered advice on how to lead a team through and beyond a crisis, how to prepare for a post-COVID world, trending issues in state and federal wage compliance, along with a self-serve operator panel that covered questions from attendees. Our attendees were also able to explore our exhibition hall, interact with the vendors, and connect with each other through our platform.
While we were sad we couldn’t gather together in person this year, we’re glad that we were able to connect virtually.
