Through this pandemic, Western Carwash Association has worked diligently to provide our members with resources, timely updates and open communication on how we can best serve our car wash community. Some of the initiatives are outlined below:
• To better support our members, we extended all memberships three months so they will continue to have access to valuable resources through the uncertain times.
• We supported our community by creating the Carwash Colleague Program.
• We offered member benefits to anyone needing our resources, especially to our past members.
Our membership continues to evolve as our members develop new needs. Our newest benefits are: discounted sexual harassment training along with a risk management center. Our risk management center is a hub of resources that includes our legislative tracking, free downloadable safety manuals, contact information for labor law and our insurance program.
While we have great new benefits, our older ones still hold value for our constituents:

• Yearly Calendar and Vendor Directory
• Discounts to All Education and Networking Events
While this year we haven’t been able to gather together in person as much as we had hoped, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting a virtual event on October 13. Get ready for a full day of education including a live keynote speaker, a WCA awards ceremony, Self-Serve Operator Panel along with two on-demand sessions. We even get to keep our favorite part: The Roadshow! We will explore the three most innovative washes from the comfort of your home or office.
