From the ICA - Winter 2016

We just wrapped up another event in our new Event Series, and it has been awesome to see so many people in our industry come together. The best news about it all? We’re just getting started.

In this issue of CAR WASH Magazine, you’ll see a number of profiles on people and businesses in our industry. This is inspired by the support we’re seeing for our new events as well as our new strategic plan for the International Carwash Association (you can find the full plan online at carwash.org).

You’ll also continue to find all the in-depth coverage on topics you need to enhance your business. This issue, in particular, is dedicated to the pursuit of the next level in the customer experience.

And speaking of customer experience, the last few months have been busy for us on that front as we have continued to bring new events and opportunities to bring our customers, the car wash community, together. We’re only going to continue to expand and enhance our offerings… because that’s why we exist.

Our CEO Supplier Summit with vendor community professionals gathering for networking and education engineered just for them

The Car Wash Show Bootcamp, which provides insight into how to make the most of your opportunities at our biggest industry event

And our un-trade show, Splash!, which saw more than 700 people come together in Las Vegas for a day of networking, education and fun
