Originally founded in 2014 by Frank Bennett and Brooks Moye, Magnolia Wash Holdings is now on an accelerated growth trajectory being driven by rapid acquisition while the organization builds up its greenfield pipeline.
A and M Capital Partners created Magnolia Wash Holdings in December of 2020 with the combination of Express Wash and Oasis Express. The organization jump-started with 17 locations and spent the entirety of 2021 growing its portfolio to 52 locations across nine brands in six different states.
