Season 2, Episode 61: Re-thinking Your Talent Approach To Attract Women

June 24, 2021

In this episode, we're talking to Megan Ragsdale, Chief Operating Officer for Soapy Joe's in San Diego. She's giving us keys to tapping into a giant population of potential candidates for your business - women.

Some 25% of women left the workforce during COVID, and now many will be looking to return. So what do we need to be doing to make sure our businesses are setup to attract, develop, and retain this audience?

Prior to the car wash industry, Ragsdale spent time with big companies like Sony as the Head of Innovation for the Research and Innovation Center and Head of Customer Experience and Marketing during a time when Sony was pushing their retail experience and has experience creating retail customer experiences, with other big companies you’ve heard of. She spent time consulting with Deloitte, she’s a certified coach, she’s been a change management expert, she knows how to get the best out of people and she’s just all around good people.
