Tommy’s Express opens in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and El Paso, Texas, offering free washes from April 4-13, 2025.
Tommy’s Express announced across multiple press releases the openings of three new locations.
One of the new locations is Tommy’s Express’ first location in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Located at 924 Scranton Carbondale Hwy. near DEFY Scranton, the new site will offer free washes from Friday, April 4, through Sunday, April 13.
Tommy’s Express also announced the opening of its newest location in El Paso, Texas. This will be the brand’s fifth location in the area, found at 5704 N Mesa St., near the Villa Del Mar restaurant. The El Paso location will open Friday, April 4, and guests can enjoy free carwashes through April 13.
Additionally, Tommy’s Express announced the grand opening of its newest location in Houston, Texas, at 12150 FM 1960.
In celebration, Tommy’s Express is hosting representatives from Danish Elementary on Saturday, April 5, and Sunday, April 6, with all donations and proceeds going back to the school’s students and staff, stated the press release.
Throughout the weekend, guests can wash for free and spin the prize wheel for a chance to win fun giveaways and free snow cones.
Plus, with a $5 donation to Danish Elementary, visitors will receive a complimentary detail kit, helping both their cars shine and supporting local students and staff. Adding to the fun, Texas Roadhouse will serve delicious snacks and refreshing lemonade on-site at the new Houston location.

Unlimited wash memberships for TommyClub will be available through the Tommy’s Express app. These memberships allow vehicles to enter the wash automatically using a specialized license plate reader system. Unlimited club members can choose from four different wash packages at varying price points.
