Exhibiting companies in attendance will hear what's new for 2020 and get the jump on deadlines and deliverables, all while earning one priority point for 2021 booth selection!

You’ll hear about changes to the show from show organizers, take a tour of the facility, and the friendly staff of the Henry B. González Convention Center will be on site to discuss your exhibit needs, answer your questions, and help you get to know San Antonio. After our additional sessions on material handling, building a better booth, and rethinking your exhibit marketing, you’ll feel like half of your 2020 to-do list is done before you fly home!
