Splash Car Wash promotes Griffin Kuhn to COO amid expansion to 27 Arkansas locations following two years of rapid growth.
Splash announced the promotion of Griffin Kuhn to chief operating officer as of December 2024.
Kuhn is a graduate of Little Rock Christian High School and Wheaton College. He began his career with Splash Car Wash after several years spent in the inner-city of Chicago teaching high school English.
Since the inception of his career at Splash, he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead and motivate people. Much of the strong culture at Splash can be attributed to his leadership, his pursuit of operational excellence and how he has cultivated healthy, high-performing teams.
Griffin has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration throughout the organization, and this well-deserved promotion reflects his commitment and impact.
Additionally, Garrett Hartman, former senior director of operations, has been promoted to vice president of operations support. Hartman will be responsible for all training, new-store opening efforts, facility oversight, procurement and other key initiative implementation.
These promotions come at the tail-end of a heavy growth season for Splash. Over the past two years, Splash has opened 16 new locations and acquired two more, bringing its total location count to 27 across Arkansas.
Most of the new growth has been on the car wash side, except for two 35,000 plus square foot locations in Maumelle, Arkansas, and West Little Rock, Arkansas, which offer express interior cleaning services and indoor free vacuum areas.
It continues to operate 10 oil change facilities, focusing on providing a professional and friendly “10-Minute Oil Change.”
With these new leadership positions in place, Splash is poised to continue building on the aforementioned momentum.
