Sonny’s Enterprises, (“Sonny’s”) the largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment, parts, and supplies globally, announced the acquisition of Sunbelt Car Wash Services (“Sunbelt”) based in Alabama.

Sunbelt has been a distributor for Sonny’s for almost twenty years, servicing the Gulf Region of the United States (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida panhandle, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and West Tennessee). This acquisition fills a key gap in Sonny’s-owned service network, strengthening its service commitment to customers nationwide.

Founded by the Richardson family in 2005, Sunbelt operated as an exclusive Select Service Organization for Sonny’s in the Gulf Region. With a comprehensive suite of services, Sunbelt consistently ranked among the highest volume equipment installers nationwide.

Sunbelt also sells proprietary SunBloc Vacuum canopies. Incorporating SunBloc into Sonny’s vacuum product line offers customers additional options to differentiate from the competition.
