Amplify Car Wash Advisors, a nationwide firm that provides mergers and acquisitions and capital advisory services, announced the addition of Rich Hays to the team as a strategic advisor in business development.

While at DRB Systems for over 20 years, Hays worked as both West Coast and Midwest Regional Sales Manager along with most recently being the Director of Sales – Tunnel.  Hays’ has direct experience managing large account and business development teams for DRB.  In those roles, Hays has visited thousands of car washes while advising on layout and marketing programs for new operators to help them operate and grow.

Hays’ decades of experience and expertise focusing on operations is invaluable to the team at Amplify where Hays will continue to help the industry adapt and grow.
