OptSpot announced that it is acquiring Washmore Media, a full-service marketing agency. This will enable OptSpot to expand its services from building membership strategies and providing membership marketing to a whole new realm.
“We’re excited to add the skills, resources and experience of Zach Davis and his team at Washmore to support our customers. They are super good at what they do,” said Levi McClendon, CEO, OptSpot. “They are as passionate and as dedicated as we are and we work really well together. Why not combine forces?”
With this acquisition, OptSpot’s services will include SMS marketing, email and social media marketing, website design and hosting, reputation management, graphic design, digital ads and SEM optimization.
“Car wash operators have been using different platforms and agencies to grow their business. OptSpot wants to change that,” McClendon said. “[We’ll have] everything under one roof.”
