Moo Moo Express and Flying Ace Express announced a strategic investment partnership with Wildcat Capital Management, the family office of TPG Capital co-founder, David Bonderman.
The investment will enable Moo Moo and Flying Ace to continue to build on their success, and further accelerate growth and expansion into new Ohio-based markets.As a result of the transaction, Moo Moo and Flying Ace will join under a newly formed parentcompany Express Wash Concepts.
Moo Moo Founder and Managing Partner, John Roush, willserve as the Chief Executive Officer of Express Wash Concepts, while Flying Ace Co-FoundersDan Eisenhauer and Jeff Gilger will assume the roles of Vice President of Operations and VicePresident of Development. Moo Moo and Flying Ace operate a total of 16 locations today, withadditional washes planned for 2018.
