ModWash, an express car wash, is set to open on Thursday, Jan. 14, in Hanover, Pa. The new wash features a modern vibe with a wide range of the latest technology and amenities, such as free vacuums, air tools, automatic mat cleaners, microfiber towels and more.
In preparation for its grand opening, ModWash hired five ModMembers to be part of the team, including General Manager Dylan May. “I’m excited to help bring ModWash to Hanover,” said May. “We only have one other car wash in Hanover, so I know that ModWash is going to be a very welcome addition to our community. At ModWash, we love the challenge to excel each day and will do our best to earn accolades that this community can be proud of. We’re also looking forward to getting involved throughout the area as we work towards becoming an integral part of the community.”
“We are thrilled to join the Hanover community,” said ModWash CEO JT Thomson. “Now that we’ve found our home in this community, we have work to do in delivering the ModWash experience to one customer at a time. The experience will be fun for adults and family. Enjoy some music, bring your friends or kids along and have some fun. We enjoy seeing others happy! The bonus is that we get to take care of our customers and their vehicles, too.”
ModWash’s equipment is designed to be ecofriendly. Washing a car at home uses 10 times as much water, and the dirt and grime typically runs off into the ground or local storm system. ModWash safely recycles water resources, resulting in significantly less water use. ModWash also performs hourly cleaning of touch points.
The ModWash team is committed to making a difference in the community in addition to utilizing its leadership abilities to grow individuals that join the ModWash team. ModWash currently operates 15 locations in six states, with plans to open 30 additional locations this year and 100 operating by the end of 2023.
