MILES Express, a MILES brand, is expanding into Colorado with two locations slated to open in 2019.
Construction will begin immediately on the first MILES Express, located in Colorado Springs on the Northeast corner of Constitution Avenue and Marksheffel Road.
According to company executives, MILES Express is a premium, fast-care concept providing customers with optimal auto cleaning in a swift timeframe. The MILES Auto Spa expansion in Colorado results from a licensing agreement forged by Denver-based investors, Greg Post, Keith Leimbach and Dr. Christian McCarter.

Each MILES Express location will provide advanced exterior car wash services, in addition to complimentary self-serve vacuums, towels for wheels, body and windows, as well as cleaning chemicals for customers seeking a more detailed self-service experience. The locations will tout 130-foot wash tunnels, advanced chemical applications and state-of-the-art soft cloth equipment.
The Colorado Springs location is the first branded license turnkey expansion for MILES. Licensing includes financing through First Advantage Bank and the use of Turtle Wax Chemicals. The location will feature all-new, state-of-the-art car wash equipment from Motor City Washworks and will boast a modern, sleek building from ModernWash, with an all glass exterior, providing on-lookers with a clear view of the MILES experience.
The first of its kind, this licensing agreement equips investors with the tools needed to operate the business post launch. A licensed location will receive full reporting utilizing a DRB Systems platform, accounting and operational payroll management provided by MILES. Operational services also include website and social media marketing.

MILES began in Tennessee in 2007, when Miles Johnson, a former telecommunications executive turned entrepreneur, opened his first full-service Auto Spa. Since then, MILES has continued to evolve with two additional express washes, unique by design with Buff & Shine dryers and baskets of cleaning products provided at no additional charge to customers in the MILES Club program.
