Mammoth Holdings, LLC announced the acquisition of Gloss Car Wash, a developer and operator of express conveyor carwashes in Lilburn, Georgia.

The acquisition follows Mammoth’s dual growth strategy of developing greenfield operations while also acquiring existing brands.

“Gloss Car Wash is a great addition to the Mammoth Holdings family. This strategic acquisition expands our footprint to 17 sites in the Atlanta market, in addition to our established Swifty, Ultra and Wash Me Fast locations,” said Dave Hoffmann, CEO of Mammoth Holdings, LLC.
