LEAD™ Car Wash Training, an online training program designed specifically for car wash managers, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group silver award for excellence in the Frontline Leadership Development category. Brandon Hall Group operates the largest and longest-running awards program in Human Capital Management.
International Carwash Association’s LEAD online car wash manager training program is specifically geared toward car wash managers. Training modules typically last 20-30 minutes and consist of videos, text, audio, interactive learning games and workbook activities. Since its launch in 2021, LEAD has trained more than 4,500 workers from more than 400 car wash locations. The satisfaction rating is an outstanding 97%. In 2022, LEAD was honored with the Brandon Hall Group bronze award for Best Association Professional Development Program.
