International Car Wash Group (ICWG), the world’s largest local car wash company and the third largest owner of US conveyor car washes, announced two key appointments to its leadership team.

Ivona Adkins will serve as Chief People Officer. She is tasked with identifying, developing, and implementing people practices and systems that enable ICWG brands to achieve best-in-industry performance, maximize growth, and unlock talent potential throughout the enterprise. In this role, she will draw upon 15 years of human resource expertise gained at companies including PepsiCo, where she worked in progressive roles across several countries in Europe and the US; Coffee & Bagel Brands; Arrow Electronics; and Encana Oil and Gas. Past accomplishments of particular resonance for ICWG are improving talent acquisition, reducing turnover, and spearheading the implementation of company-wide engagement initiatives to enhance culture and foster strong morale.

Brian Goodman assumes the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Brian is a respected technology leader with 20 years of experience from large enterprises to startups. His career highlights include three years at Kalibri Labs as CTO, three years at JP Morgan as VP/Manager of Predictive Analytics and Innovation, and 13 years at IBM Corporation as Distinguished Engineer, Manager in Advanced Cloud Technology, Technology and Innovation and the Technology Adoption Program. Brian is also a prolific inventor with 75+ patents and a recognized author with over four dozen publications. Brian will be enabling new capabilities to significantly improve the full growth potential of ICWG, transforming the customer experience, operations and acquisition processing world-wide.

“We are very pleased to welcome both of these professionals to ICWG. Their strong and very relevant experience is the precise expertise we need as we set out to advance our growth and extend our global market leadership,” said Tom Mangas, CEO, ICWG.
