This December in San Antonio, International Carwash Association will hold a unique networking and learning event for the best minds in car wash supplier organizations—their CEOs, presidents, and principals.
The event will begin with an interactive seminar, presented by author, speaker, and customer experience pioneer Lior Arussy. The session will focus on adding value by creating more customer engagement, and will help suppliers inspire world-class customer service at all levels of their organizations.
Arussy will also moderate a one-of-a-kind panel of car wash operators, designed to give supplier CEOs the opportunity to put their new customer experience perspective to the test right away. By focusing on the needs, challenges, and perspectives of operators, attendees will immediately begin pivoting to customer-centric strategies and operations.
