International Carwash Association (ICA) and Talk Car Wash (TCW) today announced their collaboration to offer car wash tours beginning in the second half of this year. The two organizations are sharing in the work, with TCW engaging with its online community to select cities and car wash sites, and ICA handling planning and onsite operations.

“Both ICA and TCW are committed to connecting the car wash community,” said ICA CEO Eric Wulf. “Now, our two groups can work together to advance that mission. We’re excited to work with Blake and Tyler, and bringing new opportunities to our industry,” Wulf continued.

“We’ve certainly seen that the desire to connect and learn from one another remains strong among car wash operators and suppliers - and we all missed the chance to see each other more frequently over the past two years,” said Blake Newman, co-owner of Talk Car Wash, LLC.

“We’ve enjoyed our relationship with ICA and look forward to this opportunity work together even more closely - while bringing the TCW community a new opportunity for learning and fun,” said co-owner Tyler Slaughter.

Talk Car Wash On the Road, powered by ICA will officially kick-off at The Car Wash Show 2022 in Nashville. There, the TCW team will be soliciting suggestions from attendees on tour locations, with an announcement on the first location to be made by mid-summer. Tours will be offered to operators and suppliers alike; sponsorships will not be available. The tour format will include a reception and full day tour of stores by bus, with an optional educational program on the day following. For more information, visit ica.carwash.org/tours.
