Commercial Plus Group, a leading car wash and gas station brokerage and advisory firm based in Scottsdale, Ariz. announced the acquisition of Home Team Car Wash, with three locations in Florida, by ModWash. Commercial Plus Group represented Home Team Car Wash in the transaction.
