EZ Express Car Wash Acquires Two Smith Bros. Locations in Middle Tennessee

EZ Express Car Wash, founded by Nashville native Christian Carbone, has purchased two locations from Smith Brothers Carwash, an express car wash chain in Nashville. Thomas Coffman of Miracle, LLC, a leading car wash real estate and M&A advisory firm, brokered both transactions.
“EZ Express will fully renovate these locations over the coming months,” said Coffman, Miracle, LLC broker. “The locations’ previous customers will now be able to enjoy a whole new carwash experience.”
Tutera Group and Chris Crawford of Arc-Tech-Con International will redevelop the Smith Bros. locations into EZ Express.
Among the oldest car washes in Nashville, the two locations will be redeveloped into state-of-the-art express car wash tunnels.
The rebranded locations will add to seven other EZ Express locations under development in the Southeast, where customers can enjoy a fast, high-quality, eco-friendly car wash delivered with world-class customer service and care.
