Express Wash Concepts, the parent company of Flying Ace Express Car Wash, today announced that construction is beginning on its 4th Dayton, Ohio location. The new Flying Ace is scheduled to open in early 2019 and will be located at 3200 Seajay Drive in Beavercreek, near the Beaver Valley Shopping Center.

Once completed, the company’s signature retro airplane hangar-themed express car wash will feature 17 vacuum stations, a retail office and will remain fully staffed during operating hours.

“The rapid growth of Beavercreek and its surrounding area provides an excellent opportunity for Flying Ace to offer both residents and commuters who frequent U.S. 35 a fast, high-quality and eco-friendly car wash experience,” said Dan Eisenhauer, Flying Ace Partner and Express Wash Concepts Vice President of Operations. “We look forward to participating in the active revitalization that is occurring in this area of Beavercreek, and offering our Unlimited Wash Club members and single wash customers even more convenient Flying Ace locations to choose from.”

Locally owned and operated, Flying Ace is Dayton, Ohio’s leader in the high-end, express car wash market. The company currently operates locations in Beavercreek, Washington Township and Huber Heights, with additional Dayton area locations expected to be announced in the next few months.

The company’s three-minute, environmentally friendly car wash system features the industry’s best gentle Envirosoft wash material— a closed cell, soft foam material that safely and effectively removes dirt and road film from vehicles. Envirosoft eliminates the potential of scratching or transferring absorbed sediment from one vehicle to the next. Customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Flying Ace Express has also been recognized by WaterSavers® and the International Carwash Association® for preventing water pollution by treating wash water prior to returning to the environment.

The company effectively washes vehicles with under 20 gallons of fresh water— less than the typical home washing machine, and drastically less than the 120 gallons of water typically used when washing at home.
