DRB Patheon® Customers Get Access to New Features Within Rinsed

Rinsed, a Certified Interface Developer with DRB, has enhanced its integration with DRB Patheon, giving mutual customers new features that fully utilize the capabilities of The Car Wash CRM. This expanded feature set gives Patheon customers the tools they need to drive growth, retain members, and automate their operations.

Here’s what’s new for Patheon users in Rinsed

● Sell memberships online: Allow customers to easily sign up for memberships directly from your website.
● Save members with downsell offers: When customers try to cancel, automatically present them with a special offer to keep them as members.
● Automate ticket management: Manage cancellations, switch plans and other service tickets automatically, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.
● Run loyalty programs for retail customers: Reward repeat customers with loyalty programs that bring them back to your car wash.
● Offer membership upgrades: Create campaigns that encourage members to move to higher membership levels, increasing your revenue potential.
