On Monday, June 4, Crew Carwash began construction on a new car wash concept in the Central Indiana market. In order to continue to meet the needs of its growing customer base, Crew will be adding a new Xpress Interior Clean service at their existing location at Hamilton Town Center, 13425 Tegler Drive in Noblesville, Indiana.
“Our roots in carwashing began 70 years ago cleaning the inside and outside of vehicles and we are happy to be able to do this again with an exciting new interior service for our loyal customers of Central Indiana,” said Bill Dahm, CEO of Crew Carwash. “A popular request we hear all of the time from customers is to clean the inside of their vehicles for them. We have found a way to fulfill this request and still deliver on our brand promise of Clean, FAST and Friendly.”
The Xpress Interior Clean service was created to complement the current Crew business model of speed and convenience. The service is structured to fit within our customers busy lifestyles with a team of individuals cleaning the inside of their vehicle on a moving belt conveyor within just 8 minutes. This will be done in a separate building from the exterior-only carwash. Although not a detailing service, Xpress Interior Clean will include vacuuming, floor mats, interior windows, dashboard, doorjambs, console and cup holders.
The opening of the new concept is slated for late Fall 2018. Once the test is proven successful, the company plans to strategically add the service to existing and new locations as growth continues.
